  • When can I move in?

    If there is a storage space available that meets your specific needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours.

  • What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?

    We require a government-issue photo ID (example: Driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

  • Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

    No, we typically rent on a month-to-month basis unless a customer requests otherwise.

  • How do I make a payment?

    You can pay in person at one of our two office locations (1105 Warner in Lewiston or 1911 Myrtle in Moscow), mail a check or money order to your local office location, or make a payment through our website. You may also sign up to have payments automatically deducted from your credit or ACH bank withdrawal. Kiosk is available for 24-hour payments (applies only to 1911 Myrtle St and 1105 Warner Ave). We also accept in-person cash payments at our two offices or money orders and checks dropped at our drop boxes - one located at both offices. Cash can only be used in person it is NOT allowed in our drop boxes.

  • What are your office hours?

    Our Moscow Office hours are 8am-4pm Monday through Friday. Lewiston office hours are 8am-4pm Monday through Thursday. Hours may vary, please understand.

  • Why won't the gate open?

    You are either at the wrong facility, you have not paid your bill, or you are trying to enter your unit PRIOR to the start date you chose.

  • What are the gate access hours?

    Gate hours are 5am-11pm, 7 days a week. You CAN move into your unit any day between these hours without a manager present.

  • How do I find my unit # and gate code?

    Gate code and unit # will be sent in our “lease summary” once the lease has been e-signed.

  • Is the first month pro-rated?

    Yes, first month’s rent is pro-rated, last month’s rent is not; if you are not out by the first of the month the unit is yours for the month.

  • When is rent due?

    Rent is due on the 1st of the month. On the 6th you will be locked out of the gate, on the 10th your unit is overlocked and assessed a $15 fee, and on the 20th there is an additional $20 late fee assessed.

  • Do I need my own lock?

    You will need to provide your own lock for your unit. We recommend disc locks, which can be purchased in our two office locations or from our two kiosks.

  • How do I open the gate?

    Gate codes must be followed by the # key, except Palouse River Drive facility where the gates are secured with combination locks.

  • What if I have a serious emergency?

    If you have an emergency, you can call 208-875-7065, (kiosk can help at Moscow 1911 Myrtle or Lewiston Warner location).

  • Can I have yard sales out of my unit?

    No, yard or unit sales are NOT allowed.

  • How much notice do I need to provide when moving out?

    10 days’ notice required on all move outs. We have forms outside each office that can be dropped in the drop box or you can fill out the online move out form and submit to us online.

  • Do I have to clean my unit out when I move out?

    Yes, all units must be broom swept clean before move out will be processed, any trash left behind will be considered a violation of the lease and the tenant will be invoiced all fees related to the removal of items.

  • How do I know how much storage space I need?

    You can either use our Storage Calculator on our website or call our managers for assistance.

  • Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

    Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials, perishables, ammunition or firearms are not permitted in the units.

  • Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

    No, at the time of signing, you will be given your own security pass code that will allow you access to your unit during gate access hours.

  • Do you have handcarts and dollies available at your facility?

    Yes, we have hand carts available at our facilities that have interior units.
